Tony Torres is an implementation and delivery operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading scalable customer deployment environments, operational transformation initiatives, and enterprise implementation operations across SaaS, smart building technology, and channel-driven ecosystems.

His leadership background combines implementation scalability, customer deployment strategy, ARR recognition alignment, operational process architecture, and cross-functional coordination across high-volume implementation environments. He believes implementation organizations perform best when forecasting visibility is strong, escalation paths are clearly defined, and operational ownership is well structured across teams.

Most recently at ButterflyMX, Tony has scaled implementation operations supporting substantial ARR recognition growth. Prior to that, he built and scaled a national Delivery Services organization at Latch, and spent more than a decade at Apple driving large-scale partner enablement across 60+ strategic partners and 3,300+ retail locations nationwide.

Tony holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and additional leadership and business studies experience through Apple University and St. Petersburg College.
